A CALL FOR VIGILANCE

There is no reason for us to be jubilant even the CHACHA efforts at the lower house is now officially dead. We must firmly sustain our militance and be ever vigilant against any moves to undermined our basic right to suffrage. The NoEl scenario that Comelec Chair Melo recently exposed proves that GMA and her minions will never stop in their efforts to prolong their grips in power.

They will pursue all means necessary to stay in power to evade all persecutions that awaits them after her term in office is over. This is the time we should unite ourselves once again to prevent all the things from happening the way the regime of GMA wants to do. We should make collective efforts to insure that the scheduled 2010 presidential election will push through as scheduled before banding ourselves to watch the sanctity of our votes during the actual day of election.

It is in our vigilance we must rely to quell any attempt by the Arroyo Regime to prolonged itself in power. The Filipino people especially the youth should take the frontline in this endeavor. We call on the Filipino youth and the toiling masses to unite in order to stop this political maneuver of the Arroyo regime to perpetuate themselves in power.

Why GMA is Freeing Criminals

I can only think of one thing as to why GMA is freeing convicts from the bilibid prison. And this is to create a public perception that she is an emphatic and merciful president. And the next president should do the same for her in case she will be convicted from all the high profile crimes she & her husband allegedlly involved in.

So why only the rich convicts are being pardoned? And why the poor ones are being left out in the cold? I say its another tragic case of class discrimination. Wherein the rich can buy-off their freedom where the poor cannot.

Support Puno Moral Movement

Personally, I found nothing wrong about Justice Puno’s leading a moral movement that could posiibly lead to the enlightenment of the voting populace. As long as the movement remains apolitical and focused on their main objective, I will personally support their crusade. There is no need for the good justice to resign his post as the chief justice of this country because the issue at hand is well within his moral responsibility as a public servant duty bounded to contribute his share to the betterment of the Philippine society.

It is not morally correct and logical to consider the the myopic and dumb founded views of some lawmakers to push for the resignation of Justice Puno before dwelling himself to this moral movement. There is no other person I know that can morally lead this crusade other than Chief Justice Puno. I can only say God Speed! I am right behind you.

CON ASS A PLOY FOR A TERM EXTENSION FOR GMA

It is likely predictable for the two presidential sons ( Mikey & Dato Arroyo) to instigate and spearhead the move for the passing of the resolution to push for a constitutional assembly in the lower house of congress. They are well aware of what might come after their presidential mother steps down from her post on June 30, 2010. Surely, they expects tremendous storms of persecutions if transition of power runs through its natural course.

We must not allow this sinister acts by few and unscrupulous elements and members of the lower congress. All their efforts to untimely amend the constitution is for the lifting of term limits or extends the GMA’s years in office. It is their ulterior motive to do so to evade persecution from all the high crimes they committed against the Filipino people.
